So if you want the highlander rug, but 5mx5m and bright pink, then we will be happy to make one especially for you So if you can't find exactly what you want , send us an email. The price is calculated by looking at the price per square meter of the 140x200cm size and adding 30%. We can make rugs smaller than 1m2, but smaller rugs will be charged for as if they are 1m2. Rugs from photos - have a picture made in to a rug!You can send us a photo, give us the dimensions and we can make a rug for you in that design. This is good for corporate branded rugs (see TheRealRugCompany example below) The price depends on the size, number of colours, number of knots and the depth of pile. Once you send a photo to us, we will get back to you with a photoshopped image of how your carpet will look and quote prices. Pricing Base price - Hand-knotted wool, 4mm pile, 40kpsi, 1 colour = £60/m2 (we can make smaller than 1m2, but the minimum price is as if it is 1m2) ADD Knot Density (max 80kpsi) £11.25 per 10kpsi per m2 Colours (max 20) £15 per colour per m2 Depth of Pile (max 12mm) £30 per 2mm per m2 Here are some pictures of one that was completed in January 2012 click to enlarge

Delivery times and costs - making it and shipping itMost rugs can be made in about 1 month. If you want something huge, then it's going to take longer (but we will let you know) If you are happy to wait for our next container of rugs to come over by sea, then there is no further shipping costs for you to pay. You may have to wait 3-4 months for delivery. If you want your rug quicker, then we can ship it by air. This costs £2.50 per kg. Most rugs are about 4-6kg per square meter. It takes 3-5 days. The minimum shipping cost for air shipments is £80. For delivery out side the UK, we have to ship to the UK first , and then ship on to you, so the delivery cost will be slightly higher.

Returns & cancellation of custom rugsWhen you order a custom made rug, you will be asked to pay when you place your order. If you cancel within 1 week of placing your order, then we will refund you 80%. After that time, and after you have received the rug, you can return it, but you will only receive a refund of 40% - we will collect it if let us know within 1 week of delivery. If we have somehow got it all wrong, then you can decide whether you want it remade (at no extra cost), or a refund of 80%. The Real Rug Company has the final say on whether a product is wrong or not.
